Our exclusive private dining spaces, accommodating 10 to 100 guests, offer a chef's Prix Fixe Menu and personalized wine dinner options. Choose from events available on Saturday and Sunday for brunch, and Tuesday to Sunday for dinner.
Experience our Four Seasons patio for semi-private gatherings with up to 20 guests or larger private events hosting up to 80 guests. For grand affairs, consider a complete buyout of the entire restaurant. From delectable house-made charcuterie boards to wood-fired chicken and our exceptional wine program, immerse your guests in locally sourced products and seasonal flavors unique to Roscoe Village. Please note that room minimums will apply.
The Salon Room
(First Floor)
Located off the main dining room, the Salon offers a semi-private dining experience for groups up to 20 guests for a sit-down dinner, wine tastings and cocktail receptions. Perfect space for this holiday family dinner.
The Salle du Soleil Room
(Second Floor)
Overlooking Roscoe Street, the Salle du Soleil offers an intimate private setting that accommodates up to 40 guests for family holiday celebrations, cocktail receptions, corporate dinners. Our private room features Juliet balconies, separate restrooms and complimentary audio-visual capabilities. The Salle du Soleil can be divided for a semi-private option available for parties of up to 10. There is a flight of stairs to access our second level.
Terrasse Chauffé Room
(Four Seasons Patio)
The outdoor patio is available for semi-private events with up to 10 - 80 guests when weather permitting.
Full Buyout
Le Sud is available for buyouts for standing cocktail reception or seated events. For up to 150 guests for standing cocktail receptions and 100 guests sit down dinner. Dining options are flexible, including passed appetizers, food stations, satellite bar and buffets.
buyout rate grants you access to the multi-level interior restaurant space and outdoor patio, rooftop space from 5pm - 10pm. The restaurant comes “as is” and any other rental equipment (tents, special tables and chairs) will be charged accordingly. Standard sales tax as well as a 22% gratuity are not factored into the buyout rate and will be charged, additionally.
The buyout rate includes all food and beverage consumed up to the buyout amount. All other consumption is charged additionally and will be charged applicable tax and gratuity. If the minimum is not met, the balance will be charged as a room fee and is not subject to tax.
